MIG and Stick Welder

We are seeking a skilled  MIG and Stick   Welder  to join a growing team in Middlesborough, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and customizing products using MIG and Stick welding while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

  Pay:  $20 – $30/hr (DIRECT HIRE)

  	
  
  	

• Shift:  1st Shift 8am-4:30pm
  
  

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, following blueprints, and creating finished products from start to finish.

	
• Interpret blueprints and follow specifications to produce custom products
  
  	

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on a variety of materials
  
  	

• Safely operate power tools and hand tools
  
  	

• Measure and mark materials to ensure accuracy
  
  	

• Prepare and finish surfaces (grinding, sanding, polishing)
  
  	

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance
  
  

	
• 2+ years of welding experience
  
  	

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
  
  	

• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills
  
  	

• Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
  
  	

• Strong math skills for measurements and accuracy
