Project Manager for residential construction

We are a small company looking to expand and are searching for a dedicated individual to serve as the right-hand to our construction manager.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of direct experience in residential construction, with proficiency in reading and interpreting building plans.

Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, conducting site inspections, collaborating with vendors and subcontractors onsite, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on skills in framing and finish work, as well as experience across all construction trades. This role involves both hands-on work and management.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, DOE. This position offers hourly pay with no additional benefits.
