Handyman / Remodel Pro

A skilled and reliable Handyman / Remodel Pro to work with our team. You will be responsible for remodels and repairing our rental properties.

- Full house remodel work including - electrical wiring whole house, plumbing pipe install, install LVP flooring, tiling, drywall and painting.

- Repair and maintain most aspects of a home such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, floors, tiles, building exteriors, window and door frames.

- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.

- Install fans, light fixtures, door locks, garbage disposals, blinds, window screens, and more.

- Do painting, yard cleanup, and maintenance inspections.

- Maintain HVAC systems with a working knowledge of their operation and maintenance.

- Utilize personal hand tools for general tasks (no specialist tools required).

- Use a smartphone to receive task information, update tasks, and follow through to completion.

- Must live in Salt Lake County.

- Available to start immediately and at minimum 4 days a week.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various properties.

- Experience in home repair, remodeling, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic repair techniques.

- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Must be able to tow at least 5,000 lb trailer.

- Flexible sub contractor work, we have full weeks of work available to start straight away.

- Own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps for task management.

- Work with a friendly and supportive team.
