Project Coordinator Construction

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our construction team in Kenosha, WI. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bluebeam and Procore and be comfortable working onsite in a construction trailer environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Utilize Procore for project tracking, documentation, and communication
  • Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam
  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Help ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or related role
  • Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam required
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
