Blade Contracting is hiring experienced traveling carpenters to support projects for major national brands across the U.S. Were looking for professionals who can represent our company on job sites, deliver high-quality work, and handle the demands of travel construction.

What Youll Do:

Execute commercial carpentry work including framing, millwork, fixture installation, and finish carpentry
Work on remodels, tenant improvements, and brand rollouts
Read and build from blueprints, scopes, and site plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Travel to project locations nationwide (often for extended durations)

What Were Looking For:

3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
Willingness to travel consistently and work flexible schedules
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Professional attitudeour clients expect it, and so do we

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with retail or restaurant build-outs
Ability to lead small crews or interface with site supervisors
