AZ Neatline Excavating is seeking a highly motivated Grading Foreman / Operating Foreman who is looking for more than just a jobwe are looking for someone who wants to help build and grow a company for the long term.

Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of grading, excavation, and site development
- Ability to operate heavy equipment proficiently
- Familiar with MAG details and specifications
- Strong grade checking skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Team player who works well with crews, subcontractors, and clients
- Ability to manage daily field operations while leading by example
