Property Management Company Seeking Dependable Maintenance Technician
We are a growing property management company based in Tempe, Arizona, looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician/Handyman to assist with the upkeep of our residential and commercial properties.
This position is ideal for a retiree, semi-retired individual, handyman, or someone looking for flexible part-time work. While the position is currently on an as-needed basis, there is potential for it to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Areas Served:
Primarily Tempe and Phoenix
Occasional properties in other Arizona locations
Rare trips to Flagstaff may be available but are not required
Job Duties May Include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Drywall repair
Minor plumbing repairs
Basic electrical work
Door, lock, and hardware repairs
Landscaping and yard maintenance
Mowing, weed removal, trimming, and blowing debris
Cleaning and preparing vacant homes for new tenants
Property inspections and miscellaneous maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Must be dependable and responsive when work is available
Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or property management experience preferred
Must have own truck and reliable transportation
Must have own basic tools
Ability to work independently and solve problems
English speaking required
Spanish speaking is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Position Details:
Independent Contractor (1099)
Flexible schedule
Work available on an as-needed basis
