Position Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled Journeymen Carpenters and Technicians who have a solid background in residential remodeling. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and has experience in a variety of home improvement tasks including framing, finish carpentry, drywall, cabinetry, and more.
Responsibilities:
Perform remodeling and repair tasks including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, window and door installation, and cabinetry.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors, and team members.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in residential construction or remodeling.
Strong carpentry skills, including both rough and finish work.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must have your own hand and power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
Preferred:
Knowledge of plumbing or electrical is a plus.
OSHA certification or other safety training is a bonus.
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. $25 - $45 /hour MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
