Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman. The ideal candidate will have experience in make-ready unit turns, remodel work. We are currenlty remodeling inside of vacant units every employee is responsible to complete remodel unit given.

Responsibilities
Complete make-ready units in a timely manner
Assist with remodel projects
Plumbing repairs and installations
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
General maintenance tasks if needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements
Experience in plumbing and electrical work
Make-ready / apartment maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently
Employment Details
CARPENTRY/PAINTING/SHEETROCK/CABINET INSTALLATION
40 hours per week
