Caretaker needed for busy real estate agency Oversee residential and commercial properties owned by company and recommend and oversee needed for repairs and maintenance. Install and remove For Sale signs. Bring owners vehicles for state inspections and repairs. Clean drivers license required to operate company pickup truck. Flexible hours to handle occasional after hours activity. 20-25 hours per week.
