Join a dynamic team as a Program Architect, where you'll lead the architectural vision for a transformative ADMS program. This role is pivotal in aligning enterprise strategy with execution to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the architecture roadmap for the ADMS program.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for architectural trade-offs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Translate enterprise strategies into actionable program architectures and guide technology investments.
  • Oversee architectural governance across vendors and system integrators to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Advise executive leadership on architectural decisions and drive clarity in complex situations.
  • Design integration architectures for real-time systems supporting grid operations.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks to ensure program stability and success.
  • Ensure the architecture is ready for deployment and operational use, supporting resilience and disaster recovery.
Skills
  • Extensive experience in architecture, engineering, or senior technical leadership roles within the Electrical Utility or Energy domain.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs and experience with mission-critical systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with ADMS systems and a deep understanding of grid operations workflows.
  • Strong skills in real-time systems architecture, event-driven designs, and high-availability systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex architectures into business outcomes.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity, particularly NERC CIP awareness.
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in challenging and improving vendor solutions and delivery approaches.
