Construction- Skilled tradesman carpenter + finish work

I am looking to hire a Skilled Carpenter/ Finish guy. The right person will have experience in carpentry, interior / exterior repairs, painting and other skills associated with building and maintaining houses. Must be able to follow directions, help make and complete punch lists, work solo and as a team player. I am a general contractor and we purchase homes to fix and flip or rent. We typically take care of all aspects of the construction process from framing all the way through to finish painting and landscaping. If a rental house becomes available we will go in and make all the needed repairs and have the property ready to rerent.

We are a very small organization. I am the owner and typically have one guy who helps me complete all of the work that is needed to be done, anything we cannot complete. I subcontract out. For example, I have a rental house in Durham that we are repairing damaged siding, prepping all of the siding, painting the entire exterior, installing all new replacement windows, making miscellaneous repairs throughout the house as preventative maintenance. This is the type of work that you would be helping with.

Most of our projects are around Chapel Hill, Durham, Hillsborough and Mebane area.
