Installion Supervisor

We are seeking an Installion Supervisor to support our fixture installion team for an active Target remodel project in Memphis, TN. This role is responsible for overseeing overnight field execution, coordining crews, maintaining project standards, and helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a gre opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, fixture installion experience, and the ability to keep overnight operions running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight fixture installion activities on site
• Lead and direct field crews to ensure work is completed safely and according to plan
• Monitor daily progress and help keep the project on schedule
• Coordine with project leadership, store personnel, and team members as needed
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the install process
• Support compliance with safety expections and company procedures
• Track completion of work and communice nightly updes to leadership
• Help maintain organizion of merials, tools, and work areas

Qualificions

• Previous experience in fixture installion, retail remodels, resets, or construction supervision preferred
• Experience leading crews in a superintendent, foreman, team lead, or similar role preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts Sunday through Thursday
• Strong communicion and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow project plans, scope, and direction
• Comfortable working in an active retail remodel environment
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities during overnight operions

Compension

• $23 to $26 per hour depending on experience

Project Timeline

• This is an overnight project-based role running from now through turnover in September
