ECCO Sunroom & Awning is a family-owned outdoor living company serving Hampton Roads for over 35 years. We specialize in custom sunrooms, porch enclosures, pergolas, patio covers, motorized awnings, louvered roofs, and other outdoor living solutions.

We are looking for a self-motivated & goal-oriented Design Consultant who enjoys working with homeowners and wants to earn a high income while helping people transform their homes. This is a consultative in-home sales role, meeting with homeowners who have requested information about improving their outdoor living space.

What Youll Do

Meet homeowners for scheduled design consultations
Design custom outdoor living spaces tailored to their home
Present product options, materials, and project ideas
Take measurements and document project details
Prepare proposals and guide customers through the decision process
Follow up with homeowners when needed

The Ideal Candidate

Coachable with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable meeting homeowners in their homes
Self-motivated and results-driven
Professional appearance and attitude

Experience in home improvement sales, construction, windows, roofing, siding, remodeling, or sunrooms is a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
