Pipe Welder (TIG & MIG/Flux)

HOURS: 4 / 10s (currently)

SHIFT: Day - 6am - 4:30pm

Overview

We're seeking highly skilled Pipe Welders. This role requires precision, strong code knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality welds in an industrial setting.

TIG all the way out 2.5" double heavy (552 wall) in a 6G position

MIG bead downhill & Fluxcore uphill on 6" 719 wall in a 6G position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on heavy-wall pipe in the 6G position
• Use of Arc Dial Rotary for production
• Complete full penetration welds meeting code and inspection standards (RT/X-ray)
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and WPS
• Maintain weld quality, heat control, and safety standards
• Industrial or pipe fabrication experience
• Ability to pass a visual and x-ray weld test
• Experience with double extra heavy pipe
• Reliable and safety-focused
