Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization , is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the EHS / Site Safety team supporting DC Integration_US / Construction Operations (Holly Program) . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to safety detail , excellent verbal communication skills , and problem-solving ability , which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $66.19 $71.30 per hour

Whats the Job?

• Review and assess health & safety implications of changes as they occur during construction projects
• Serve as onsite point of contact for EHS-related inquiries and escalations
• Implement measures to improve safety performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Develop, review, and enforce safety procedures, standards, and reporting requirements
• Support training, coaching, and communication of safety expectations across site teams

Whats Needed?

• 57 years of experience in EHS, construction safety, or related field (commercial construction and/or data center construction preferred)
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with site teams and stakeholders
• High attention to safety detail with proven ability to identify and mitigate hazards on active construction sites
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment and managing time effectively
• Knowledge of safety standards, construction processes, and site compliance requirements (OSHA or equivalent experience preferred)
