Senior Electrical Superintendent

Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate is a safety-driven leader with deep technical knowledge, proven management experience, and a passion for quality and efficiency in electrical construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce all safety protocols on-site, ensuring a culture of safety and accountability.
• Oversee all aspects of electrical labor productivity , including task codes, budgeting, and quantity tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Executives and Project Managers to plan and forecast electrical labor requirements and project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise field teams, including Assistant Superintendents and Foremen , to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, submittals, and specifications ; identify prefab opportunities and ensure accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving for all electrical field issues.
• Attend contractor and coordination meetings, proactively communicating schedules, constraints, and progress.
• Conduct daily job walks to monitor safety, quality, and production; document findings using Procore.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and field personnel through professional communication and leadership.
• Mentor staff, evaluate performance, and recommend training to strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.
• Proven success managing electrical projects exceeding $15 million in value.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project .
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
