Manage overall project performance including cost, schedule, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes. Partner closely with superintendents to keep work progressing safely and efficiently. Oversee financials by tracking costs, forecasting performance, and managing owner billings. Keep projects on schedule by aligning crews, subcontractors, and materials with DOT timelines. Handle subcontractor relationships, change orders, and all project documentation. Work through design and field challenges alongside engineers and project partners to keep things moving. Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and the broader project team.
