Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Development

What You'll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle from pre-development through completion, including subcontractor buyouts, procurement, and construction oversight
- Build and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution
- Partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive alignment and progress
- Lead due diligence, risk analysis, and compliance with all applicable building codes and environmental regulations
- Deliver clear reporting on project status, financials, and key milestones to leadership and partners
- Enforce site safety standards and conduct regular audits in compliance with OSHA requirements
- Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to improve cost and performance outcomes
- Track and manage KPIs, including budget variance, schedule adherence, and quality benchmarks
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement across projects and processes
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners
What You Bring
- 7+ years of project management experience in real estate development or construction
- Proven success delivering ground-up residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable building practices
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Argus, or GIS platforms
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Business, or related field preferred
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Certifications such as LEED, Certified Construction Manager, or OSHA
- Experience in estimating, plan takeoffs, and subcontractor bid analysis and leveling
- Ability to travel locally within Westchester County and Connecticut as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $250000.00/yr.
