Our client is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and own relationship management across GA, SC, and NC. responsibilities:
  • Drive Regional Growth: Team up with leadership to map out sales strategies, track your conversion rates, and build a massive pipeline across your territory.

  • Leverage Your Network: Use your existing connections with General Contractors, DOTs, counties, and municipalities to open doors and bring in a steady stream of new leads.

  • Close Competitive Deals: Collaborate with internal estimators and project managers to build winning bid packages and see deals through to the finish line.

  • Master the Market: Keep your finger on the pulse of local industry trends, track competitor moves, and maximize your impact using the company CRM.

  • Consult and Connect: Visit job sites, talk shop with contractors, and use your technical know-how in pavement recycling and reclamation to solve client problems.
Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of business development experience in the road construction or pavement rehabilitation industry.

  • The Network: A proven, active book of business and established connections within GA, SC, or NC.

  • Industry Know-How: Solid familiarity with cold in place recycling (CIR), full depth reclamation (FDR), soil stabilization, or milling.

  • Logistics: A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the freedom to travel regularly across your territory to meet clients face-to-face.
