Experienced Handyman for Apartment Rentals

This is a part-time on-site Experienced Handyman role based in Warren PA. The experienced handyman will handle day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties, including basic plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.

Responsibilities include completing scheduled work orders, responding to urgent maintenance requests, reforming routine property inspections, and documenting work completed. The role involves troubleshooting issues, sourcing materials as needed, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. This role will interact with residents and management and is expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and solution-focused approach.

Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair including basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing.
* Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders and other equipment commonly used in property maintenance.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties in the Warren and Bradford PA area.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade training, certifications, or relevant licenses are a plus.
* Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, construction or a related trade is strongly preferred.
* Ability to preform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying materials and working in varied weather conditions.
