General Laborer/Equipment Operator

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour (with increase to $24.00/hour after 90 day evaluation)

Manpower is currently seeking a reliable and safetyfocused Equipment Operator to join our client, in Ironton, Ohio. This is a temptoperm opportunity with a pay increase once hired on permanently, based on performance and attendance.

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, forklifts, or other industrial equipment
• Load, move, and manage materials safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support daily production and operational needs

• Prior experience operating industrial or heavy equipment preferred
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Willingness to learn and follow sitespecific procedures

• Starting pay of $22/hour
• Increase to $24/hour after 90 days (based on evaluation)
