Construction Laborer Needed Decks, Remodeling & General Construction

Calcano Contracting is looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our growing team serving the Poconos, Carbon County, Monroe County and surrounding areas.

We are seeking someone who is hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.

Job Duties Include:
Deck construction and repairs
Demolition and site cleanup
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting with framing and remodeling projects
Concrete and masonry assistance
General construction labor
Maintaining a clean and safe job site

Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Basic construction knowledge preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must show up on time and be dependable

Preferred Experience:
Deck building
Carpentry
Remodeling
Concrete work
Power tool experience
