Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SmartSheets Architect to join their team. As a SmartSheets Architect, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting project delivery and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the implementation and rollout of Smartsheet as the standardized project and portfolio management platform for the PMO.
• Design, configure, optimize, and maintain project plans, workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures in Smartsheet.
• Develop standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution to enhance cross-team collaboration.
• Train and enable project managers and business analysts to effectively utilize Smartsheet tools and features.
• Drive user adoption and change management initiatives across the organization to maximize platform effectiveness.

What's Needed?

• Strong hands-on experience in Smartsheet architecture and administration, with a focus on configuration and setup.
• Proven experience building project management solutions, workflows, dashboards, and automation in Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices.
• Experience in enterprise PMO rollout and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and training skills to support user adoption and ongoing support.
