We're looking for a Chief Estimator who's done this at a high level and is ready for a seat at the table.
The Role - You'll lead full estimates on complex heavy civil projects - drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge work - while mentoring your team, driving alternative delivery pursuits, and carrying real profit/loss responsibility. This is not a background role.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of heavy civil/highway estimating experience
- Top-notch estimating skills across drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge projects
- Experience with alternative delivery models (CMAR, design-build, P3)
- HCSS Heavy Bid proficiency
- 4-year engineering degree or a combination of technical training and/or related experience
