Experienced Roofing Helper Must Be Self-Sufficient on Job Sites

West Florida Roofing is looking for a reliable, experienced roofing helper to assist with repair work throughout the Tampa Bay area.

This is not an entry-level position. You need to know what youre doing and be comfortable being left on a job site to work independently when needed.

What were looking for:

Minimum 2+ years roofing experience (repairs, shingles, tile, flat roof a plus)
Able to work safely and efficiently without constant supervision
Reliable transportation
Valid ID
Own basic hand tools preferred

What youll be doing:

Residential and commercial roof repairs
Shingle, tile, TPO, and modified bitumen work
Working alongside or independently on assigned job sites

Pay: Competitive based on experience

Area: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota Counties
