Be responsible to design new production tooling and equipment or improve the existed, which can support the process engineers to quickly upgrade our production process.

Design and develop dedicated production devices and equipment;

Improve the existed production devices and equipment through modification design;

Design and improve production tooling and fixtures;

Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilitiescarry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;ESHESHESHESHESH

Other works assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor degree or above, major in Machine Design;

Design experience with mechanical and electrical machine;

Basic knowledge of electrical automation;

Be able to independently finish the design of mechanical part of a whole machine (include hydraulic and pneumatic parts);

Be able to independently finish drawings and BOM;

Be familiar with all kinds of standard components and properly apply them into design (Cylinders, valves, motors, bearings, guides and so on);

Good practical ability (assembly and machine commission);

Be skilled with Auto CAD and Solidworks;CADsolidworks

Independently and successfully developed and designed different kinds of automatic machines;

Project planning and execution;
