Be responsible to design new production tooling and equipment or improve the existed, which can support the process engineers to quickly upgrade our production process.

  • Design and develop dedicated production devices and equipment;
  • Improve the existed production devices and equipment through modification design;
  • Design and improve production tooling and fixtures;
  • Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilitiescarry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;ESHESHESHESHESH
  • Other works assigned by the supervisor.

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Machine Design;
  • Design experience with mechanical and electrical machine;
  • Basic knowledge of electrical automation;
  • Be able to independently finish the design of mechanical part of a whole machine (include hydraulic and pneumatic parts);
  • Be able to independently finish drawings and BOM;
  • Be familiar with all kinds of standard components and properly apply them into design (Cylinders, valves, motors, bearings, guides and so on);
  • Good practical ability (assembly and machine commission);
  • Be skilled with Auto CAD and Solidworks;CADsolidworks
  • Independently and successfully developed and designed different kinds of automatic machines;
  • Project planning and execution;
  • Innovative thinking.
