Assistant Project Manager
Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager supports a variety of construction-related projects in the PA area, contributing to effective planning, coordination, and delivery of work. This role assists in managing project activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and helping ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and project management activities in the PA area.
  • Assist in organizing project tasks, schedules, and resources to help ensure timely completion of work.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to track progress and address issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to maintaining project documentation and records to support effective project control.
  • Help monitor project milestones and deliverables to align with agreed objectives and expectations.
Essential Skills
  • Experience or training in project management.
  • Experience or training in construction management.
  • Ability to support multiple projects and tasks in a structured and organized manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • APM qualification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Interest in developing a career in project and construction management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
Work Environment

The role is based in the PA area and focuses on supporting construction and project management activities. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with project teams and stakeholders in a professional environment, contributing to the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
