HVAC Installer No experience necessary

The Heating and Cooling Company is a small, locally family-owned company serving the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on honesty and keeping our services affordable for our customers. We dont want anyone to feel like they are being taken advantage of and pressured into new equipment they dont need. We specialize in new build construction but are regularly engaged in residential, commercial, and property management work. We are seeking to add a new HVAC installer to our small team of guys.

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in some other blue collar trade. I.E. plumbing, concrete, auto mechanic, farming, etc. If you are wanting to "get into the trades" so to speak, this probably isn't the job for you. No experience is necessary in HVAC specifically (but will take it of course), we are happy to train anyone with a great work ethic and attitude that has a willingness to learn a new trade.

Main Qualifications:
-Ability to work independently with efficiency/precision and collaborate well with teammates
-Reliable and quickly respond to office communication
-Able to work 8-12 hour days, depending on the days jobs; able to travel out of town for 1-2 days at a time for occasional jobs in the mountains
-Able to lift 50+ lbs, navigate crawl spaces, climb ladders, and kneel for extended periods of time
-Valid drivers license

--FULL TIME POSITION--
--22-35/hr, DOE
