Pay & Career Growth
$25$38 per hour, depending on experience
State-mandated apprentice wage increases, typically averaging approximately $2 per hour every six months as apprenticeship milestones are completed
Additional performance-based raises and bonuses available
Journeyman Plumber base wage starts at $41+ per hour
State-approved apprenticeship program leading to a Journeyman Plumber License

What You'll Learn

We provide extensive on-the-job and in-house training in all aspects of plumbing and radiant heating. Our projects include:

New construction
Remodeling and renovations
Residential and commercial service work
Radiant heating systems
Boiler installation and operation

Training includes:
Water piping systems
Drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
Gas piping
Hydronic and heat piping systems
Boiler systems and controls
Troubleshooting and service diagnostics

We welcome applicants who:
Are currently plumbing apprentices
Have experience in construction or another trade
Enjoy working with their hands and solving problems
Want to learn a skilled trade with a clear advancement path
Take pride in quality workmanship

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable, punctual, and motivated
Ability to work well with coworkers, contractors, and homeowners
