Were a well-established construction company with over 35 years in business, known for our high standards and strong reputation built on repeat customers and referrals. Were seeking an experienced Drywall Taper who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a trusted team.

Responsibilities & Duties

Apply compound to cover nail holes, seams, and joints on drywall for walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Sand and prepare walls for final finishing.

Mentor and train apprentice-level tapers; ability to supervise job sites is preferred.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of drywall taping experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Must be legally authorized to work in the state of Montana.
