Seeking Fabrication and Production Welder

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This role involves working with raw materials to cut, fit, and weld components according to specifications and technical drawings. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications

Perform welding tasks with precision and consistency

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Ensure quality control and accuracy in all fabrication work

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate effectively regarding project timelines and needs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fabrication, welding, and print reading

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment

Reliable transportation and consistent availability

Preferred (but not required):

Certifications in welding or fabrication

Experience with a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, etc.)

Additional Information:

This is a 1099 contractor position; candidate is responsible for their own taxes and insurance

Flexible scheduling may be available depending on workload
