Experienced Commercial Carpenter / Framer

We are seeking highly skilled, dependable commercial carpenters for ongoing work throughout San Diego County. Our projects include prevailing wage, public works, tenant improvements, industrial facilities, airports, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial construction.

Required Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial construction experience in the following trades:

Metal stud framing
Wood framing and rough carpentry
Commercial door, frame, and hardware installation
Suspended acoustical ceiling (T-Bar) systems
Drywall backing and specialty framing
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Layout and field measurements
Working independently with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years verifiable commercial construction experience
Must own a reliable truck or work vehicle
Must possess professional-grade hand tools and cordless power tools
Ability to read plans and perform layout
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks when required
Ability to work on prevailing wage and public works projects

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at airports, schools, healthcare facilities, or government projects
Experience with seismic framing and structural hardware
Experience leading small crews
Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications
Knowledge of commercial door hardware installation
Knowledge of acoustical suspended ceiling system installation
