We're looking for experienced cabinet painters (individuals or crews) who take pride in their craft and want consistent, well-paying work with a professional team that actually has its act together.
Cabinet work is our bottleneck if you're good at it, we want to keep you busy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

2+ years of dedicated cabinet painting experience (kitchen, bath, built-ins)
Proficiency with spray equipment (HVLP or airless) this is non-negotiable
Strong prep skills: cleaning, degreasing, sanding, priming, caulking
Experience with lacquers, conversion varnishes, or waterborne cabinet finishes preferred
Excellent eye for detail cabinet work is finish work, and it shows
Reliable transportation and your own tools/equipment
Comfortable using mobile apps to track and document jobs
BONUS: Own spray space for shooting doors and drawer fronts off-site if you have a dedicated area to spray, that's a major plus and we'll prioritize you

General Liability Insurance (active COI)
Workers' Comp (or agree to have it covered and deducted)
Valid photo ID
Willingness to follow That 1 Painter systems and quality standards
