Hiring for Lead Man/Carpenter; and Carpenter's Helper

Local builder with 30 years experience is hiring for an immediate opening for a Skilled Hands-On, Working Lead Carpenter to help manage job sites and subcontractors on custom, spec, and remodel projects, with minimum to no supervision.

Knowledge and experience of all phases of construction required.
Hands-on carpentry skills required.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Compensation is above industry pay for qualified candidates, plus production bonuses!
We offer year-round work with a constant pipeline of projects. Work is located in Augusta, Staunton, Waynesboro, and
surrounding areas.

Carpenters Helperposition available immediately. This is an entry-level position, offering on-the-job training.

Carpenters Helper will assist with framing, tool handling, job site cleanup, etc., with opportunities to advance into skilled carpentry roles for individuals with a willingness to learn. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, along with small hand toolsall other tools and equipment are provided.
