Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heing, ventilion, air conditioning and refrigerion equipment and systems. Maintain the safe operion of highly complex systems and equipment. Specific systems may include: electronic/pneumic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, he exchangers, air compressors, etc.) chiller operions, BAS controls, pump operions, wer trement program, air handler units, VAV's, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerors, ice machines and boiler operions. Sunday - Thursday

Qualificions: Educion
  • H.S. Diploma or General Educion Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
  • 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience to include HVAC experience. Experience may be substituted if gradue from a HVAC program Required
  • 1 year For systems th include BAS controls, experience must include of commercial/healthcare HVAC/HVAC BAS experience or graduion from a BAS program Required
Licenses and Certificions
  • EPA Universal Certificion Required
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in Ste Valid ste issued driver's license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 Required
