Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
• Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
