The Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to manage and monitor contracts for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) across multiple departments, including Water/Sewer, Streets, Traffic Engineering, Greenscapes, and Solid Waste. This position plays a critical role in ensuring contract compliance, budget accountability, procurement coordination, and project documentation throughout the life cycle of construction and infrastructure projects.

Pay Range: $29.08

Whats the Job?

  • Monitor and enforce contract compliance for construction projects. Prepare purchase orders, requisitions, and contract documentation.
  • Review certified payrolls and conduct on-site employee interviews. Review and process invoices and payment requests.
  • Investigate contract violations and ensure corrective actions are completed. Maintain project files and contract records.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, bid processes, and contract administration. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and budget adjustments for capital improvement projects. Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project execution.

Whats Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Two years of professional experience in budgeting, contracts, accounting, financial management, or a related area.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Budget management and financial reporting, Procurement and purchasing processes
  • Construction project documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
