As a Project Coordinator, you will establish collaborative relationships amongthe various project team members and support groups, with the aim of promotingthe value of cohesive teams and delivering results. You will also support thedevelopment of efficient processes and leverage existing company systems. Youwill be responsible for facilitating decision making processes as appropriate,serving as liaison between project team members, focused on optimal approach toensure the projects supported deliver desired results.
Roles & responsibilities:
Identifying and working to remove barriers to successful completion of theoverall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with supply chainProviding timely project status updates to the Project Managers, escalatingresolution for those problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levelsMaintaining and updating company databaseGenerating customized reports and pivot tables in addition to utilizingv-Lookup functionalityCreating and tracking contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and completeproject close-out documentationSupporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesServing as primary point of contact with external vendor representatives andfunctional consultants on overall strategic and technical project mattersFacilitating where appropriate, leading correspondence between Equix,Clients, Supplier Partners and other Stakeholders
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of equivalent work experienceProject management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems andissuesStrong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerBI skills desiredAccounting software experience, a huge plusPurchasing experience, preferredMadison, WI Office based positionSome travel to various Equix and Client offices may be required
