Position Title: Itinerant General Maintenance//Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic I/Plumber II 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Immediate Supervisor: Principal

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

Passed or Successful passage of the General Maintenance competency test

Hold minimum of Journeyman certification as a plumber, West Virginia Division of Labor License

Hold a Technician certification for HVAC

Hold either a EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification

Valid West Virginia Driver's

Pass Background/fingerprinting Check

Ability to Interpret and Transmit Written Communication

Good Health

Ability to lift 50lbs

Employment Term: 240 day contract for the 2026/2027 school year
