Structural Engineer (Building Design) | West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

LHH is partnering with a highly respected structural engineering firm to identify a Structural Engineer (2-4 years experience) to join their growing West Palm Beach office.

This is a great opportunity to work on complex commercial and high-rise building projects in a collaborative, high-performance environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing

  • Work across concrete (cast-in-place, PT), steel, and masonry systems

  • Develop construction documents using Revit/BIM

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams

  • Support projects from design through construction

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of structural engineering experience (building design required)

  • Experience with commercial or large-scale building projects (non-residential)

  • Exposure to multiple structural systems (concrete, steel, masonry)

  • Proficiency with tools like ETABS, RAM, or similar design software

  • Familiarity with Revit/BIM

Nice to Have

  • EIT or working toward PE

  • Master's degree

  • Inspection experience

Compensation

  • Base: $81K-$94K

  • Bonus: ~$15K-$16K

  • Total Comp: ~$95K-$110K

  • Strong benefits + profit sharing

Work Environment

  • Fully onsite in West Palm Beach

  • ~45-hour workweek

  • Collaborative, technically driven team with strong leadership exposure
