LHH is partnering with a growing, well-established engineering firm to add a CAD Technician to their team in Palm Beach County.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on design work, variety in projects, and real ownership across the full lifecycle-from early design through construction documents.
What you'll be doing:
Creating and updating drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
Supporting civil, structural, and architectural projects
Working on residential renovations, additions, and structural modifications
Coordinating revisions and ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code
Managing multiple projects and keeping deliverables on track
What they're looking for:
5-8 years of experience in CAD drafting / construction documents
Strong AutoCAD proficiency
Exposure to permitting and building departments
Understanding of structural elements and design fundamentals
Ability to manage details, timelines, and quality standards independently

Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL
Full-time role
Compensation: $25 hr + performance bonuses
Relocation support available
