The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment, and teamwork.What You Will Be DoingManaging teams on large ground-up and renovation construction projectsBeing responsible for projects from start to finishWorking with upper management and Senior PMs to ensure job safety and completionDeveloping and building strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budgetDriving division profitability through effective project executionDeveloping and leading project management technical and schedule goals, procurement and contractual requirements, personnel assignments, and capacity planningEvaluating and continually improving systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goalsReviewing overall contractual requirements for all projects and specific construction methodologies as requiredEnsuring schedule requirements are met for all projects and adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirementsInteracting with customers to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completionManaging the project review process with emphasis on financial forecastingEnsuring high-quality construction, documentation, and project deliveryProactively and systematically communicating challenges, risks, and successesWhat You Need for This Position3+ years of general construction project management experienceExtensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contractsDemonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projectsDemonstrated ability to run a profitable project portfolioStrong initiative, execution, and communication skills (oral and written)Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skillsWhat's In It for You130-180k base salary plus bonus depending on project experienceVacation / PTOMedicalDentalVision401k
