Project Manager/Estimator - Heavy Civil Join a proven heavy civil contractor in Arizona delivering large-scale projects in excavation, grading, paving, site concrete, and underground utilities . What You'll Do: Lead projects from start to finish scheduling, budgets, safety, and client relations. Prepare accurate estimates using HCSS and manage bids, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. What You Bring: 5+ years of project management & estimating in heavy civil. Strong knowledge of excavation, paving, utilities, and sitework. HCSS experience preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
