Have two properties that need ridge cap and shingles replaced. Not the entire roof. There's fracture and impact to hips and ridges/cap shingles. Listed pay at $500; however we'll negotiate depending on hours needed to complete work. I have a ladder at one property you'll need your own for the other Don't need matching shingles to roof.
