We are ready to hire and start the right candidate immediately. What We Offer Starting Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on your experience level). Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every week. Great Work Culture: Clear expectations, professional equipment, and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects. Perform high-quality surface preparation including scraping, sanding, masking, caulking, and drywall repairs. Operate and maintain professional painting equipment, including airless sprayers, rollers, and brushes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site from setup to final cleanup. Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients on-site. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred. Skills: Proficient in cut-in, rolling, spraying, and detailed prep work. Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get to changing job sites. Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. Tools: Own basic hand tools (brushes, putty knives, etc.) is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
