responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities and general contractors for a $25 million semiconductor cleanroom project, ensuring efficient execution and strict adherence to schedules.
  
  
• Drive a zero-incident safety program by leading investigations, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating closely with EHS teams to ensure a secure work environment.
  
  
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections and ensure all construction work strictly complies with approved project specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
  
  
• Manage critical project documentation for Our Client, including negotiating change orders, reviewing contractor schedules, and delivering weekly KPI and progress reports to stakeholders.
  
  
• Support general contractors and project teams with seamless permitting coordination, building inspections, and the comprehensive onboarding of site personnel.
