Construction Laborer / Supervisor Position

We are looking for an individual who can work with minimal supervision and also has the ability to lead a team. Primary job focus; shelf and racking system assembly for retail, warehouse, and cannabis grow facilities ACROSS THE US.

Requirement Include:
Valid driver license and reliable transportation
Basic knowledge of hand and power operated hand tools
Extensive overnight travel up to 85% of time (employer paid miles, meals, and lodging)
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, work on the ground and/or on a ladder as needed
Unload pallets from trucks, using manual and electric pallet jacks
Ability to work 8 to 10 hours shifts, Mon thru Friday with some weekend as deemed necessary by vendor deadlines
Ability to interpret and follow instruction sheets, site layout drawing and system build schematics
Smart phone and the ability to take and send photo, confirm reservation, text and email job progress reports, copies of receipts or other job-related information
Ability to read and write in English
