Insulation Supervisor (Woodworking Exp. Req, 1st & 2nd Shift) Responsibilities

• Supervise 13-15 fabricators performing woodworking-related manufacturing activities
• Oversee the fabrication & preparation of insulation components used in transformers
• Spend approximately 80% of your time on the production floor supporting daily operations
• Develop department schedules and coordinate labor & materials to meet deadlines
• Read blueprints and communicate engineering changes to production personnel
• Perform dimensional inspections & verify quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to production employees
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other departments as needed
• Support employee training related to manufacturing processes, equipment, & safety
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies
• Recommend overtime requirements and adjust staffing plans to meet production demands

Insulation Supervisor (Woodworking Exp. Req, 1st & 2nd Shift) Qualifications

• 3+ years of team supervisory experience is required
• Strong knowledge of woodworking processes, materials, and equipment is required
• Experience managing team assignments, production schedules, and materials is required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required
• Willingness to obtain forklift and crane certification is required; company paid
• Ability to work rotating 1st & 2nd shifts (or 100% 2nd) + occasional Saturdays (paid) is required
