Commercial HVAC Technician: 5+ Years Experience (SE PA and S. NJ)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC/R Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, including installation, service, and controls for the following: chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and VRF systems. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong desire to solve problems with integrity and efficiency.

Position Details
Service areas include Philadelphia and the surrounding Tri-State region (PA, NJ, DE).
Standard Hours: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts
Overtime as needed based on project timelines or emergency service calls
Assignments may involve working on active construction projects, requiring flexibility with hours
Work is primarily field-based across the Philadelphia & Tri-State area

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Service and maintain refrigeration equipment such as walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers
Install HVAC/R systems and related components per project specifications
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Follow all company safety and operational guidelines

Qualifications:
EPA Certification (Required)
5+ years experience in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and/or institutional HVAC/R service
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Residency in the greater Philadelphia or Tri-State area preferred
